Facility Evaluation Report

On 6/19/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Daiquiri Boyd made an unannounced visit to the facility. LPA met with Nerissa Ramos and Ram Bangalore, who has an application pending for licensure.

Nerissa stated that the current decision is that they will be keeping the facility Licensed as it is for now, and that Mr. Bangalore will be Administrator until the time that he becomes fully licensed. Both parties have agreed that they will run the facility with Mr. Bangalor as Administrator as he learns the business and Mrs. Ramos as the Licensee, as she remains in control of the property. The new License Mr. Bangalore has applied for is under the name Seaside Living Care, Inc.
