The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Marybeth Donovan attempted site visit. At 12:05pm LPA spoke with Teresa Rohde Administrator. On site programs suspended since COVID 19 Shelter in Place Order. All program activities are done virtually. The plan is to reopen in October 2021 but not set date and has been selected. Administrator will notify the Department once on site operations resume.
