Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sarah Hurt conducted an unannounced facility visit to conduct a Case Management visit. LPA Hurt met with Facility Medication Technician, Presy Publico and explained the purpose of today's visit.

LPA inspected the facility bedrooms for any signs of bed bug activity. It appears the facility does have significantly less bud activity. LPA did observe room 3 had no bed bugs on bedding / mattress/ bed frame. LPA did observe what appeared to be bed bugs on the floor near mattress / bed frame in room 15. Facility staff immediately killed the bugs.
