The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sarah Hurt conducted an unannounced facility visit to conduct a Case Management visit. LPA Hurt met with Facility staff, Analyn Publico and explained the purpose of today's visit.

LPA inspected the facility bedrooms for any signs of bed bug acitivity. It appears the facility does have significantly less bud activity. LPA did observe room 15 had one single bed bug. LPA did not observe any bed bugs in room 3.
