Staff did not ensure that residents receive privacy during showers
On 01/06/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sarah Hurt arrived to the facility unannounced to deliver findings on the above allegation. LPA met with Facility Licensee Emmanuel Inneh, and stated the purpose of the visit.
Regarding the allegation Staff did not ensure that residents receive privacy during showers. LPA Hurt interviewed three facility residents who all stated other facility residents walk in the shared common bathroom while they are showering.LPA observed the facility community resident shared bathroom does not have a lock residents can use for privacy. Based on interviews conducted, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED
