Licensing Program Analyst's (LPA)'s Shawna Doucette and Brianna Miranda at the facility unannounced to conduct a Plan of Correction (POC) visit from a deficiency that was issued on 10/22/25 for bed bugs with a POC due date of 11/3/25. LPA's met with Administrator Emmanuel Inneh.

LPA's checked 3 rooms. Out of 3 rooms 2 were still infested with bed bugs.

A civil penalty was issued due to failure to correct the deficiency issued on 10/22/25 for Control Number 24-AS-20251016162319.
