Licensing Program Analyst's (LPA)'s Shawna Doucette and Sarah Hurt arrived at the facility unannounced to conduct a Plan of Correction (POC) visit from a deficiency that was issued on 10/22/25 for bed bugs with a POC due date of 11/3/25. LPA's met with Staff Prescy Publico.
LPA's conducted a tour of the facility and conducted interviews. LPA's checked 3 out of 3 rooms which were infested with bed bugs. Interviews conducted reveal there is still an infestation of bed bugs.
A civil penalty was issued due to failure to correct the deficiency issued on 10/22/25 for Control Number 24-AS-20251016162319 .
