Resident in care is being threatened with an illegal eviction

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sarah Hurt conducted an unannounced facility visit to deliver findings on the allegations listed above. LPA Hurt met with Facility Caregiver, Prescy Publico and explained the purpose of today's visit.

Regarding the allegation resident in care is being threatened with an illegal eviction. Resident 1 was never given a written eviction notice. Facility Administrator stated Resident 1 is currently living at the facility. Facility Adminsitrator stated he has no plan to evict Resident 1, and has never given them a written eviction notice. Reporting Party acknowledged during interviews conducted a written eviction was never given to Resident 1, and they are still living at the facility. Based on interviews conducted this allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. A finding that an allegation is Unsubstantiated means although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur.
