On 07/08/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) V Gorban completed announced closure visit. LPA was greeted by Trevor Grant and allowed entry.
Tour the facility was completed by LPA. LPA confirmed clients have been moved from the facility and their belongings are not present. LPA picked up the signed and dated license.
No deficiencies cited during todays visit. Once closing processed, the facility will be closed.
