Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Daiquiri Boyd and Shawna Doucette made an unannounced visit to the facility to conduct a case management visit.
LPAs were met at the door by Administrator, Johnson Wanjau. LPAs requested a tour of the facility.
During the tour, LPAs noticed that the facility had new construction in the garage area. There was a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a dining/living area.
Refer to 809D. Civil Penalty was issued for fire clearance.
