Facility Evaluation Report
At approximately 11:15AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chris Arnhold arrived at this licensed adult day program unannounced, to conduct an Annual Required inspection. LPA met with Program Manager Kerri Richardson, toured the building and reviewed records. The Day Program was found to be clean and at a comfortable temperature with all exits free from obstruction. LPA observed several main client areas, furnished with tables, chairs, and other cushioned seating. Activity supplies were present. The outdoor area has a covered section to provide protection from the sun. Facility provides a cooking class on Wednesdays. Clients bring their own lunches to program. Facility has PPE supplies stored in the supply closet. There were hand washing stations and hand sanitizer located throughout the building.
At approximately 12:00PM, LPA reviewed 5 of 8 client files which were found to be well organized and contained all the required documentation.
Staff files contained the required documentation of completed training and first aid/CPR certification. Smoke detectors were all operational. Fire extinguishers were fully charged. Carbon monoxide detector was present. Disaster drills are conducted monthly.
There were no deficiencies found in the areas inspected.
