The inspector’s account

At approximately 11:15AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chris Arnhold arrived at this facility unannounced to conduct a Required-1 Year inspection. LPA met with Director Jill Rexrode and explained the purpose of the visit.

Director informed LPA they are not currently operating the day program. Director will notify CCLD when they plan to operate in the future.
