The inspector’s account

At approximately 10:45AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chris Arnhold arrived at this Licensed Day Program unannounced to conduct a Annual Required Inspection. LPA met with Mark Steese and toured the facility. The day program is not currently active and they are advertising for an Administrator. Facility will contact LPA when the program reopens.
