Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

Home Care Services Branch (HCSB) Enforcement Analyst (EA ), Yolanda Hankerson arrived at the business office of Eternal HomeCare Solutions for a Post Licensing inspection o n February 10th, 2026. Upon arrival, the EA Hankerson identified herself and was greeted by licensee Emily Madrid. The proper posting of business hours and license was observed. The EA Hankerson was then shown to an area where the review of personnel and administrative files could be performed. Upon completion of the file review the EA discussed inspection with the licensee and informed the licensee that no deficiencie s were found. A copy of the report was provided with appeal rights. Exit interview was conducted.
