At approximately 1:40PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Felias arrived unannounced to continue a 1-Year Required Visit and met with Staff Members, Elena Mendoza and Glyzelle Recella. Designated Representative, Bella Nachor, arrived during visit at approximately 2:30PM.
LPA reviewed resident medication. Medication was found to be centrally stored and secure.
Exit interview conducted. Copy of report discussed and provided to Administrator/Designated Representative. Signature on form confirms receipt of documents
