Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Victoria Bertozzi and Helena Rummonds arrived unannounced to conduct an Annual Required inspection and met with Associate Clinical Director, Laurel Chace.
LPAs initiated a tour of the facility around 2:00 PM and observed the following: Facility was a comfortable temperature and passageways were free from obstructions. Water temperatures in sinks used by clients measured at 112, 111, and 108 degrees F which is within allowable range of 105 to 120 degrees F. Cabinet containing cleaning supplies and other items that could pose a risk were inaccessible to clients in care. Medications were centrally stored in a medication room inaccessible to clients in care.
Per LPAs' observation, facility appeared to lack enough food to meet regulation, however, conversation with staff revealed tha facility has lunch and dinner transported from another location.
