Licensing Program Analyst Leibert arrived unannounced for the purpose of following up on POC for citations issued January 12, 2023 as the result of a complaint and case management issues. LPA obtained the documentation for the required training of staff and will clear the deficiencies. See correction letters. In addition, LPA amended a report from prior visit to correct the omission of Administrator's name on the report.
