Facility Evaluation Report
07/14/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Loera conducted an unannounced Annual Required – 1 yr. inspection visit for this facility. There are currently 0 clients in care. Administrator is currently working with Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC) to receive clients.
LPA and Administrator toured the building and grounds. The facility was found to be at a comfortable temperature. LPA observed a 2 day supply of perishable and 7 day supply of non-perishable food. All rooms were furnished per regulation. Water temperature in sinks accessible to clients were measured at 118.2 degrees F which is within the range of 105 to 120 degrees F. Chemicals and sharps are kept in a locked cabinet located in the garage. Emergency supplies are located in the garage. Extra hygiene products and linens were available. Fire extinguishers were last charged 11/2024. Smoke/carbon monoxide detectors located throughout the facility were tested and operational. Facilities last emergency/fire drill was conducted on 06/01/2025. The backyard area was found to be clean and emergency exits were found to be obstruction free. Administrator Certificate for Jacques Scutt is current and expires 10/24/2025.
