The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Quoc Huynh and Kelly Dulek arrived at the facility unannounced for a required one year visit. LPAs arrived at 11:03AM and met with facility Licensee/Administrator/Program Director Syuzanna Shirinyan shortly thereafter. Entrance interview conducted.

Beginning at 11:30AM, a tour of the physical plant was conducted to ensure client health and safety and the facility is in compliance with Title 22 regulations. The following was observed:

KITCHEN/GARAGE: Appliances and fixtures appeared clean and functional. The facility has a sufficient supply of perishable and non-perishable food. Knives and other sharps are stored in a locked cabinet under the kitchen sink. Emergency food and water as well as laundry machines are in the attached garage which is locked at all times.

COMMON AREAS: These include the Family Room and Dining Room. All furniture appeared clean and in good condition. A fireplace was observed in the family room to be adequately screened at the time of the visit...
