On 03/19/26 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Villegas conducted an unannounced case management visit to the above facility regarding deficiencies issued on 10/08/25 during the Annual Inspection. LPA met with Administrator Jun V. Flores as the purpose of the visit was explained.
During today’s visit LPA Villegas was able to clear the following citations : 80066(e), 80087(a)(1), and 80069(b-c)(1).
As of 03/19/26 the following citation remains open 85064(b).
