The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst/ (LPA) Nicol Wesley conducted an unannounced annual inspection visit at the Walnut Villa - Telegraph II facility. LPA met with Celina Vasquez, assistant administrator to explain the purpose for todays visit. I was informed that Cynthia Tadeo is the current administrator.

Mrs. Vasquez informed LPA that the previous owner Scott Hass is selling the property to a company that Jessie Quesada works for The Walnut Villa LLC. There are currently no residents residing in Walnut Villa - Telegraph II 13973 Telegraph Road. LPA Wesley toured the facility with Mrs. Vasquez and Jessie Quesada. It is one of three properties on the premises. The property contained three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living room. The house was being completely renovated, so there were no residents present in the facility. Mrs. Vasquez informed LPA that she faxed and mailed, Monterey Park Community Care Licensing Office, a letter stating that there are no residents living in the facility.

The assistant administrator stated that they still want to the current license to maintain the license and remain operational until the change of ownership goes through. They are currently experiencing problem with the Fire inspector Almaraz. A copy of this report was given during the Exit interview.
