Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alberto Lopez made unannounced visit to investigate the above-mentioned allegations: LPA met with Estella Macating, DSP and discussed the purpose of today’s visit.
During today's visit, LPA observed the side wooden gate did not open because it was broken and had leaned into the electric meter cover on the wall impeding the door to fully open when attempting to open it.
Exit interview conducted, copy of report, 809D and appeal rights were provided.
