Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

Home Care Services Bureau (HCSB) analyst, Ramsey Chimienti conducted an inspection and a complaint investigation of Home Care Organization (HCO) Continuity Care Staffing Services, Inc. on 10/12/2021. The inspection did not reveal any issues with the HCO personnel files or any other HCSB licensing requirements. In addition to reviewing a sample of caregiver personnel files, the analyst obtained specific files for the list of caregivers that the complainant reported as alleged abusers. The analyst was able to verify the full name/registration ID number for each individual and reviewed their personnel files which had no deficiencies. Some caregivers have already been separated from the HCO's employee roster.

The analyst collected a total of four APS reports that the HCO had on file for both their HCO and HCAs. Based on the information reviewed the allegations were found to be either unsubstantiated or unfounded.
