LPA's record review today at 1:10 PM also revealed that the two (2) cooks have current food handling certificates on file.

Regarding the allegation that Facility staff do no treat clients with dignity or respect, it was alleged that the residents feel they cannot ask for things they need to live freely in the home. LPA's interview today with five (5) residents or more than 10% of the current census revealed that five (5) out of five (5) residents interviewed stated that they get what they need when they ask the office for toiletries such as, towel, soap, toilet papers etc., and they are also provided what they need such as snacks and extra food when they ask and staff are respectful and treat them well.

Based on the information gathered during this and prior visit, these allegations are deemed unsubstantiated at this time.
