LPAs' interview with four (4) random residents today between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM revealed that four (4) out of four (4) residents did not witness any staff spitting on any resident's food and/or drink at any time.
Based on the information gathered during this visit. The allegation is deemed unsubstantiated at this time.
