On 08/21/2025, the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) – Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Socorro Leandro conducted an unannounced final walk through inspection to the above-named facility and met with Administrator, Bien Cadungog. LPA explained the purpose of the visit and was allowed entry to the facility.
There are currently no residents in care in this facility.
An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was left with Administrator, Bien Cadungog.
