LPA's interview with twelve (12) residents today between 10:45 AM to 1:00 PM revealed that twelve (12) out of twelve (12) residents did not have bed bugs infestation in their bed/room.
Based on the information gathered during this visit, the allegation is deemed unsubstantiated at this time.
