LPA's interview with six (6) staff on 02/21/23 between 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM and today between 9:30 AM to 10:40 AM revealed all six (6) staff did not observe any bruise on R1's legs or body during R1's short stay at the facility.
Based on the information gathered during this and prior visit, the allegation is deemed unsubstantiated at this time.
