The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Quoc Huynh arrived at the facility unannounced to conduct a post-licensing visit at 1:05PM. The LPA met with the Licensee Davit Nazaryan and explained the reason for the visit. Entrance interview conducted.

Beginning at 1:10PM, the LPA and the Licensee toured the physical plant areas inside and outside to ensure there are no health and safety hazards and facility is in compliance with Title 22 Regulations. The following was observed:

GARAGE: The LPA observed the attached garage which was converted into an office space. The garage also contained emergency water, cleaning supplies, extra facility supplies, and general storage.

COMMON AREAS: At the time of the visit, living room and dining room furniture was observed to be in good condition. There was a fireplace in the living room, which was observed to be screened and inaccessible. The facility’s hallways had extra cabinet space which stored emergency food, extra supplies, and extra linens. A laundry closet was observed with locked cabinets that contained detergent and cleaning supplies. Laundry machines were observed to be operational. The facility maintained a comfortable temperature throughout the visit. Required postings were observed near the garage door.
