The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tuesday Cabiness conducted an unannounced annual required visit.

LPA met with Executive Officer Chris Bratzel, who was explained the purpose of the visit. Since last year's annual inspection, there has been no changes. The Activity Center is still not in use, but they are keeping the license for potential for program. The facility is still not vendored by North Los Angeles Regional Center (NLARC).

A tour of the physical plant was conducted including the surrounding grounds. There is one entrance being utilized at the facility. LPA entered the facility with the Executive Officer. LPA observed tables, chairs, and activity equipment for clients to use. There are computers that are available. The facility has enough PPE supplies. The facility has a large common area and is located adjacent to the community kitchen distribution center. The facility has three (03) bathrooms. Facility has fire extinguishers and dual smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. There is a TV set in the facility and there are lockers client's use. The facility is equipped with fire sprinkler system. The facility also has storage area with refrigerators and freezers, which was stocked with non-perishable and perishable food.
