Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tuesday Cabiness conducted a case management visit to gather information regarding an incident report submitted to Licensing involving allegations that Staff 1 (S1) took an inappropriate photo of Client 1 (C1).

During the visit, LPA conducted an interview with the back-up Co-Administrator, Patience Kobusingye. Additional information is required to complete the review of this allegation. LPA will conduct further interviews with administrative and investigative staff regarding the allegation, as well as the final outcome of the facility’s internal investigation.

LPA also discussed additional incidents involving Client 1 (C1) and Client 2 (C2). At this time, no further information is required regarding those incidents.

An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of the report was provided to facility staff.
