Complaint Investigation Report

LPA reviewed documentation from International Elevator Inc. which indicated they visited the facility on 2/22/22 and the elevator was operating properly. LPA tested the elevator twice during the visit at different times. Residents were also observed using the elevator. The elevator was operating properly at the time of the visit. Based on the information obtained, the allegation is unsubstantiated.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
