The staff schedule was reviewed and it was confirmed that three Medication Technicians called in sick the evening of 10/25/21.
Based on interviews conducted and records reviewed, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the allegation is found to be substantiated. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6 are being cited on the attached LIC 9099D.
Exit interview held with administrator. A copy of the report and appeal rights were provided.
