Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alberto Lopez made unannounced visit to follow-up on alleged physical abuse of client. LPA met with Kristine Panemeno, Administrator and LPA discussed the purpose of the visit.

LPA discovered during visit that the alleged abuse did not occur at this facility but in the community and that the client attends the Santa Fe Springs Community Based Day Program and not Peoples Care Rosemead Day Program. CCL does not license the Santa Fe Springs Community Based Day Program. The authorities that have jurisdiction had been notified by Santa Fe Springs Day Program.
