07/20/2022 and conducted by Evaluator Megan Vigil

COMPLAINT CONTROL NUMBER: 47-HC-20220720111602

On 5/17/23, Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) Megan Vigil and Ruben Perez arrived at 511 Ruby Street, Suite A, Redondo Beach, CA, 90277, regarding the above complaint allegation.

AGPA Vigil and Perez conducted an interview and conducted inspection visit with Designee, Eric Hottenroth. Eric stated there are no current clients or working home care aides providing care. Based on the investigation conducted with review of personnel files for the caregivers and verification of roster, no discrepancies were found to support there are non-registered home care aides.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
