The inspector’s account

C1 provided emails reflecting communication to the management at MSAG that expressed concern and requested clarification of use of the Homeship Funds and and whether the funds were in risk of running out..

FA subsequently interviewed the ED at MSAG and discussed the allegations brought forth. The ED stated that the Homeship Fund was not in fear of becoming insolvent nor did they ask the residents to donate money. The ED provided most current FYE 2021 Financial statements, which were reviewed.

Upon review of the documents, there was no indication that the facility ran the risk of becoming insolvent, therefore allegation is unsubstantiated.

Copy of the report was provided to the facility.
