Complaint Investigation Report

Interviews with staff show that they have offered to move the clients to different rooms but they refuse. LPA observed room #46 and did not see any feces smeared around the room. Based on the interviews conducted and observations, there was not enough supportive evidence to concur with the reported allegation. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
