LPA interviewed 17 Clients during the visit today. 16 out of 17 clients stated that the staff accord them privacy and have not heard any staff sharing personal or medical information about any clients to others.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
