Complaint Investigation Report

Interviews did not show that staff lower and raise the volumes of the intercom system when in use or specifically to bother any clients in care. While conducting the investigation inside the facility, LPA heard the intercom system to be of comfortable volume. Based on LPA's interviews and observations, the investigation revealed; although, the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
