Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

Home Care Services Bureau Enforcement Analyst (EA) Ryan Chan arrived at the business office of Helping Hand Companion Care Inc on 9/25/25 for a biennial inspection, EA met with designee Carol Enriquez. The proper posting of business hours and license was observed. The proof of insurance records were reviewed. Designee stated that this home care organization is currently not operating, they have no clients and therefore no home care aides. Upon completion of the inspection, EA discussed the findings of the inspection with the designee and informed her that no discrepancies were found.

EA Chan concluded the visit with an exit interview and provided a copy of this report to the designee.
