Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

On October 31, 2025, Home Care Services Bureau (HCSB) Enforcement Analyst, Adrian Mangina arrived at the business office of Abba Homecare Services, Inc for the purpose of conducting a Plan of Correction visit. Upon arrival, the Enforcement Analyst identified herself and was greeted by Designee Faith Eslit.

Analyst reviewed the documents and found that all training documents were provided. HCO could not provide TB tests for three Home Care Aides and two Home Care Aides have been affiliated but are currently pending due to system generated dual personnel ID numbers.

EA has extended the deadline to submit corrections to 11/7/25. Designee was advised that the corrections must be submitted no later than close of business on 11/7/25 or the HCO may be subject to additional citations.
