LPA Spaeth conducted an unannounced annual inspection and was greeted by the Administrator. LPA and the Administrator toured the facility at 10:00 am until 10:06 am. LPA did not see clients living in the facility. The Administrator stated they are still waiting for clients from the North Los Angeles Regional Center.
Exit interview conducted and a copy of the report was given.
