LPA's record review today between 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM, revealed that R1 had a history of false allegations of his family members. other group home consumers, staff and strangers especially when R1 was upset and did not get R1 wanted.
Based on the information gathered during this and prior visit, the allegation is deemed unsubstantiated at this time.
