LPA Spaeth conducted an unannounced visit and was greeted by the Administrator Felix Campos. LPA stated the purpose of the visit was to present the findings regarding Complaint #31-AS-20230613161942 and to conduct a case management visit..
LPA and the Administrator toured the facility at 11:00 am until 11:15 am. LPA observed the facility has a seven day supply of non perishable food and a two day supply of perishable food.
There are no deficiencies to report. Exit interview conducted, and a copy of the report was given to the Administrator.
