Complaint Investigation Report

It was reported that facility staff sexually abused and touched C1's anus. During interviews with staff, all staff stated they have never hit, forced, touched, or abused C1 or any of the clients. During interviews with clients, three (03) out of four (4) clients stated they never physically abused or have been sexually touched by staff and are happy living at the facility. Third-party interview at 11:20 AM confirmed that the facility is very safe, and staff members provide excellent care and service. Nothing unusual ever happens, and clients are very happy living in the facility.

Based on interviews, there is not enough information to verify the allegation. Therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated at this time.
