Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tihesha conducted a case management visit in conjunction with annual visit due to possible health concern with Resident #1 (R1). Per review of documents R1 is on hospice and receives care from hospice nurse. An additional visit may follow upon review of relevant documentation obtained during the visit.
