Complaint Investigation Report

LPA was able to obtain the record of clients’ safeguard cash resources log and verify the cash noted on the log with the cash the facility has for C1, C2, and C3. LPA also observed that C1, C2, and C3 had Cruise trip invoices on file at the facility. LPA also observed that C1, C2, and C3 had Cruise trip invoices on file at the facility. Based on interviews and information obtained this allegation is deemed Unsubstantiated at this time.
