Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alberto Lopez conducted an unannounced initial complaint investigation visit for the allegation above. LPA met with Administrator Alex Stott and the discussed purpose of the visit.
During LPA interviews for complaint investigation, One staff admitted to telling one (1) of six (6) clients that client will not be getting any books and nothing because client is making things up. Staff stated that it was wrong tell client that.
Deficiency cited as it is a violation of client's personal rights.
