Facility Evaluation Report

An informal conference meeting was conducted today 2/6/2026 via Microsoft Teams. The purpose of this informal office meeting was to discuss the coming facility Change in Ownership (CHOW) for the Facility Pacific Horizon #198602964.

Present in this meeting: Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Erik Zaragoza, Licensing Program Managers (LPMs) David Sicairos and Adeline Ho, East Los Angeles Regional Center (ELARC) representatives Norma Duenas and Doris Weis, as well as the Licensees for the facility Michael Kim and Jennifer Kim, along with prospective buyer Peter Omewhiri-Pius.

The Following Title 22 Regulations and Health & Safety Codes were discussed, and materials provided during the meeting. Documents will also be emailed to the Licensees Michael Kim and Jennifer Kim.
