Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

Home Care Services Bureau Enforcement Analyst (EA), Ryan Chan arrived at the business office of Home Instead Senior Care #304 on 3/20/25. Upon arrival, EA identified himself and was greeted by the licensee Dr Sanchez. The proper posting of business hours and license was observed. The analyst was then shown to an area where the review of administrative files could be performed. This location does not have any home care aides assigned as the address is only being used for coverage of the area for the franchise. All home care aides are assigned to the licensees other home care organization license in Pasadena. Upon completion of the file review the analyst discussed the findings of the inspection with the licensee and and informed him that no discrepancies were found.
